Klassy Kollections diligently inspects all
items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Store Credit is valid for use only at Klassy Kollections.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees when sending shipping the merchandise back to Klassy Kollections. Customer is also responsible for shipping fees when receiving new merchandise and/or exchange. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and package inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and issued within 4-5 business days. You will business days. You will be notified via email once your store credit has been issued.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including any/all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
Please include your order number, billing name & address, and reason for return on the back of this notice and with your return.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
